European butter and garlic are the beginning of this mellow vodka tomato cream sauce. Vodka is then used to deglaze.  The alcohol burns off, imparting a unique flavor when combined we itch the cream and tomato. The result is definitely a customer and fan favorite.

We source or tomatoes from a small Italian family farm in California. Extra-virgin olive oil and garlic complete the simple yet complex flavor profile.  The result is a fresh and mellow crushed tomato and mild garlic flavor.
